Career Transition Support Program

In these financially challenging times, DCPC is piloting a Career Transition Support program to address the needs of those in our congregation who have become unemployed, underemployed, or have seen their closely-owned businesses adversely affected by the economy. The program has elements of job search assistance, as well as emotional and spiritual support.

Your help is needed. Do you have work experience in the areas of search, outplacement, human resources, or counseling? Have you recently made a successful career transition, and are your willing to share your experience? Would you be willing to serve as a friend and coach for those participating in this program?
