Lib McGregor Simmons Pastor/Head of Staff
Lib began her ministry at DCPC in April 2008. Prior to serving DCPC, she served as the pastor of University Presbyterian Church in San Antonio, Texas. She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and Columbia Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Gary, have a grown son.

Shelli Latham Associate Pastor, Youth and Missions
Shelli Latham joined the DCPC pastoral staff in mid-2005 after graduating from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia. She is a 1996 graduate of Converse College. Prior to attending seminary, Shelli served churches in Greensboro, North Carolina and Madison, Georgia.

Bill Tiemann Parish Associate
Bill Tiemann is a retired Presbyterian minister with three degrees from Austin Presbyterian Seminary. For nearly ten years he has served the Charlotte Presbytery in the areas of church development, higher education, and global missions. He has three children and is married to Rachel Haynes.

Jane Cain Director of Music
Jane Cain has served as DCPC's music director since 1979. She directs or oversees nine vocal and handbell choirs and plays the organ. Certified as an associate of the American Guild of Organists, she also holds a bachelor of music degree from Salem College and master of music from UNC-Chapel Hill. She and her huband, Larry, have two grown children.

Linda Steber Director of Christian Education
Linda Steber came to DCPC in 1991 after serving churches in Tennessee and Alabama. She coordinates and directs education for all ages. A certified Christian educator in the Presbyterian Church (USA), she graduated from Erskine College and holds a master’s degree from Purdue University in educational psychology. In 2010, she earned her Doctorate of Educational Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Gary, have two college-age children, David and Rachel.

Michael Rowland Associate Director of Music
Michael Rowland has been DCPC's associate director of music since 2003. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Boston University and the Peabody Conservatory. Prior to serving DCPC, he worked in Ardmore, North Carolina. He lives in Salisbury.

Stephanie Rollans Director of Congregational Life
Stephanie joined the staff in March of 2010. Stephanie is no stranger to our congregation, as she has been involved in so many aspects of DCPC’s ministry, from new-baby committee member to chairing the Pines Connection. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Stephanie and her husband Adrian have two children, Aaron and Anna.

Patti Loner Administrative Assistant
Patti Loner joined the office staff in 2006. She is a native of Statesville but now lives in Mooresville. She and her husband, John, have two children in graduate school. Patti is a member of Coddle Creek Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, where she serves as treasurer.

Lisa Underwood Administrative Assistant
Lisa joined the DCPC staff in July of 2008. A native North Carolinian, Lisa spent 18 years in San Francisco and graduated from San Francisco State University. She lives in Mooresville and enjoys gardening, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Trey Martin Sexton
Trey Martin began his work at DCPC in 2007. He was previously employed at Peninsula Baptist Church. He and his wife, Angie, live in Mooresville. They have two children. Trey spends his free time as an Elvis impersonator.

Jean Johnston Business Manager
Jean Johnston began her work at DCPC in 2003 as property manager before becoming the church's business manager in May 2005. Prior to her work at DCPC, Jean spent 18 years as the Charlotte Presbytery's treasurer/ financial officer. Jean and her husband, Bob, have two grown daughters and five grandchildren.

Trish Jones Bookkeeper
Trish Jones stayed at home with her children until two years ago when she started working part-time as DCPC's bookkeeper. She and her husband, Brad, have twin girls and two Labrador retrievers. They live in Mooresville and are all Clemson fans.

Kristin Clark Weekday Preschool Director
Kristin Clark has been the preschool director since the summer of 2003. She has 17 years of experience in early childhood education. Her family moved to North Carolina from Houston, Texas in 2001. She is a proud Texas Tech University alumnus. She and her family live in Sherrill’s Ford, where she serves as the PTO president of Sherrill’s Ford Elementary.

Jan Tevepaugh Assistant Preschool Director
Jan Tevepaugh joined the staff in 1993 and has served as a teacher in the threes and fours classrooms before becoming assistant director. She is a lifelong member of DCPC. She and her husband, Mark, live outside Davidson and have two grown children.

Krista Welch Student Pastor for Campus Ministry
A 2006 graduate of Austin College, Krista is from San Antonio and will complete her coursework at Union Presbyterian Seminary (Richmond) in May. Krista has served an internship in a Dallas church, worked as Director of ta summer camp, and completed a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education as a hospital chaplain. Krista will work full-time at DCPC from June-December. Most of her time will be spent in campus ministry; though she will also share hospital visitation responsibilities with the other pastors and preach on occasion.

Joe Melton Communications Coordinator
Joe is a 1988 graduate of Appalachian State University, and began his work with DCPC in 2009. He also is a freelance writer as well as an EMT/RT with North Mecklenburg Rescue Squad. He lives in Huntersville with his wife Cary Anne and their two daughters, assorted pets and plentiful wildlife. Joe enjoys the outdoors, puns, rugby, soccer, reading and table-top board games.
